David Kueter

David L. Kueter is Of Counsel at Holsinger Law. David’s law practice focuses on water law, water quality, real estate and land conservation. He has participated in litigation in state and federal courts, including water court appeals to the Colorado Supreme Court, and regulatory and administrative proceedings. David has also presented workshops and educational lectures regarding the intersection of water law and land conservation.
David graduated from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin and earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law. Following |
law school, David was affiliated with the firm of Harvey W. Curtis and Associates for over twenty years before joining Holsinger Law in the fall of 2018.
David is on the Board of Directors for Wheat Ridge Localworks and is active in promoting alternative transportation as a leader of the Wheat Ridge Active Transportation Advisory Team. |
